AirPilot is a UK company that takes the everyday operations of short-term rental properties off the people who own and manage them.
Individually, each of those jobs is small. Together they are what stands between a host with six properties and a host with sixteen, and what stops a manager with forty comfortably taking on a forty-first.
We started with guest access because every single booking depends on it. A lockbox code that never changes, meeting people at the door, sending codes by hand: each one works until the evening it does not, and none of them scale.
What makes us different is deliberately unglamorous. We turn up and install it, then we keep it running. The monthly plan covers the equipment, the maintenance, the connection to your bookings and the phone being answered, so the work genuinely leaves your hands rather than changing shape.

There is always a key
Every installation keeps a mechanical override, so a physical key opens the door whatever else is going on. That is a fixed rule for us.
A person answers
Call us and you reach someone who can open the door remotely and send an engineer if it is needed. No ticket queue, no chatbot.
We turn up
Software companies will not attend your front door and locksmiths will not connect your booking calendar. Doing both is the whole idea.
No surveillance
Our tools tell you a door opened or a room is loud. They do not watch or listen to your guests, and they never will.
